Fundação LevasFlor (“FLF”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This page explains what personal data our website collects, why, and what rights you have over it. It applies to levasflor-foundation.org.
What we collect
- Newsletter sign-up: if you subscribe, we collect your email address (and name, if you give it) to send you occasional updates about our work. This is processed through Hostinger Reach, our email service provider.
- Contact by email: if you write to us at info@levasflor-foundation.org, we keep that correspondence to respond to you and, where relevant, for our records.
- Basic site analytics: our hosting provider and Google Site Kit may collect standard technical data (e.g. pages visited, browser type) to help us understand how the site is used. We do not use this to identify individual visitors.
We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone, ever.
Embedded content from other sites
Some pages embed content from third parties — our Facebook page on the homepage, and a Google Map on the About page. These embeds may set their own cookies and collect data according to the third party’s own privacy policy (Facebook, Google). We do not control this data.
How long we keep it
Newsletter subscribers are kept until you unsubscribe (every email includes an unsubscribe link) or ask us to remove you. Email correspondence is kept as long as reasonably necessary for our records.
Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask us at any time to tell you what data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. If you are in the European Union, this reflects your rights under the GDPR. Write to info@levasflor-foundation.org and we will respond promptly.
